Celebrate the love of food and hospitality with AUT students and lecturers at our Culinary Arts and Gastronomy Winter Series. Entitled Home, Land & Sea, the programme reflects ingredients, recipes and rituals that are unique to Aotearoa in the era of COVID-19 travel restrictions.
